- I offer yoga classes for beginners and seasoned practitioners in Greifswald and its vicinity. Find the class that fits you best and ask me about a trial visit for a small penny.
THERAPEUTIC YOGA
- I would like to meet your personal request. We will develop a small yoga practice… just for you …easily integrated into your daily routine. I will try to meet your needs regarding your constitution, based on realistic goals, true-to-life possibilities. Our plan will enable you to walk your personal path, just the way you would like it.
YOGA RETREATS
- Create space for yourself and your potential. Treat yourself to a time away filled with mindfulness. I look forward to meeting you at one of my upcoming retreats which I hold twice a year around the Baltic.

Yoga came to me about a half a lifetime ago. Early on I had no idea how valuable yoga would become when meeting my health challenges. This knowledge and so much more I am happy to pass on to you in various ways.
