Yoga is a flexible system, it is possible to practice it at all ages and in all life situations. It can adapt itself to physical limitations of all kinds.

CLASSES IN AND AROUND GREIFSWALD

 ONLINE LIVE EVERY WEDNESDAY Morning: 7:30-8:30 Uhr (recording available all week). Sliding scale fee 

This course aims to get you into your personal body awareness in the morning and vitalize all tissues. We breathe consciously, we move and stretch slowly into different postures; sometimes standing, sometimes reclining. Each class ends with a few minutes of meditation and the sound of a mantra (for example OM). 
 
We align our body and mind for this day and meet everyday life with goodwill. Everyone shall respect their own limits and physical characteristics. If you have an (old) injury, modification options will be offered, so you can feel comfortable. We can in ease talk on the phone ahead of class. Always stay pain-free. Anyone can join at any time.
Jede*r möge die eigenen Grenzen und Eigenarten wahren. Falls du eine (alte) Verletzung hast, gibt immer Modifikationsmöglichkeiten, damit du dich wohl fühlen kannst. Wir können einfach vorab telefonieren. Bleibe immer Schmerzfrei. Jed*r kann neu einsteigen, auch nach dem 15.1.

Über eine spielerische Entdeckungsreise, dynamische Übungen und sanfter Kräftigung erforschen wir behutsam deine Kraftquellen im gesamten Körper und im Beckenboden. 

Entspannende abgewandelte Sonnengrüße, einfache Lagerungshaltungen entspannen deine inneren Strukturen. 

Im beschützten Raum der Praxis kannst du dich behutsam und mit Achtsamkeit für eigene Bewegungsmöglichkeiten an das Thema herantasten.

Entspannende Abend-Praxis für Anfänger:innen und Fortgeschrittene

Jede Woche beleben wir verschiedene Faszien Bahnen und regenerieren Gewebe; wir erarbeiten Stabilität und Leichtigkeit, und üben den Jahreszeiten angepasste Übungen.
Tee und Geselligkeit in netter Runde inklusive.

Fascial yoga

Aimed at everyone who wants to treat themselves to a little time out. We resolve our (im)mobility patterns and restrictions, vitalize our body and feel really relaxed and at the end of the class.

YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT CLASSES:

How many participants are in your classes?

The number of participants is limited depending on the course and has a maximum of 10 participants. It is very important to me that I see each participant and offer alternative yoga poses depending on their personal abilities.

Is it a problem if I have pain or other symptoms?

No, that's not a problem at all. As I have many years of experience in the medical field and am trained in yoga therapy, I can support you with your complaints in a mindful and professional manner.

What are my payment options? Can I pay in installments?

You are welcome to pay by bank transfer. Payment in installments is of course possible at no extra charge.

Are your classes certified with health plans?

No, the courses are not certified. However, you can improve your bonus booklet with a certificate of attendance.

Do I have to be experienced in yoga or mediation?

No, most courses are designed to be suitable for both beginners and advanced students. Some courses are especially suitable for beginners. I take great care to ensure that no one feels over- or underchallenged and always offer variations from which everyone can choose the exercises that suit them.
